8. Often when we continue to trouble for ourselves, we get stuck in thinking, and the problem does not see a way out. Talking to someone else about it helps to expose your thinking. A common problem is undoubtedly a problem halved.
9. Go out for a walk, go and have a bath, and to leave and stay with friends for the weekend. It can put some physical space between you and your problems seen a very positive impact.
10. When you're feeling low, it can be very tempting to grab a glass of wine or two or three! The problem is that usually followed by a temporary rise by more low for long periods. Resist the temptation and find other ways to raise more productive mood.
